Introducing the Theotokos Institute for Catholic Studies

Higher Education at St David's has moved to a new level. January 2010 will see the official launch of the Theotokos Institute for Catholic Studies, an academic institute dedicated to teaching and research in Theology, with the blessing of the Archbishop of Cardiff.

With the involvement of reputed scholars from across Europe, the Theotokos Institute is currently negotiating accreditation for many of its courses with major universities in the UK, but is looking at offering Latin and Greek in January.  A new cohort for the M.A. in Catholic School Leadership is currently enrolling.

The Director of the Institue is Dr James Siemens.
